No doubt a GREAT call to challenge that. At first I was like what the hell are they challenging?? And then when they showed 12 men on the field I was like oh snap Gibbs!

no. that call costs us the game, it made that 51 yard attempt a chip shot, we were up by 11 when he made the call. yea this was a GREAT call but that double timeout was the dumbest coachin mistake ive ever seen

No because we were up 11 points at the time and who knows what Minny would have done with the ball vs. it being a definite game changing decision.. Also, if the Buf. kicker had attempted another 51 yarder and missed we'd be in the playoffs tonight rather than having to wait on next week..

It was a great challenge though..

Yes it absolutely did...though I was bummed about the buffalo call...Taylor just died...and they would have lost anyways...this call was beautiful....only one that was better was when westbrook decided not to score last week at the 1 to run out the clock

I don't think that makes up for the assanine mistake against Buffalo, but it was a pretty darn cool challenge that took momentum away from the Vikes and sealed a victory.

Kudos to Gibbs. Way to get the team motivated after the loss to Buffalo. Last 3 games have been pretty comprehensive victories for us. Collins has been solid and the D has been pretty good as well.

The Buffalo call didn't guarantee that Buffalo would have missed the FG, nor did challenging today mean that Minnesota was definitely going to continue scoring to take the lead.
