If hired how did you think he would do? I don't know much about Meeks.

He has been with Dungy obviously. He knows or should of learned about what it takes to win from being with him. He is the heir apparent to him in Indy it is doubtful he will come here. But you never know.

Actually Caldwell is the heir apparent in Indy.
