Madden '09 Rookie Ratings Predictions
 

I'm already excited about having Devin Thomas, Malcolm Kelly, and Fred Davis on offense. Here are my predictions. What are your's?

80 Devin Thomas OVR 83 AWR 72 SPD 92 ACC 95 STR 60 AGI 90 CTH 89

48* Fred Davis OVR 82 AWR 75 SPD 78 ACC 80 CTH 85 RBK 79 PBK 77
(*If he wears #48 it would be good for the enviroment)

84 Malcolm Kelly OVR 82 AWR 75 SPD 85 ACC 89 AGI 88 CTH 99 IMP 90

2 Durrant Brooks OVR 80 AWR 70 KPW 90 KAC 85

I wasn't too sure the jersey numbers on the presser were the ones the rookies are actually going to wear. Yeah. I screwed up the title for this thread...

Well, a couple of years ago Carlos Rogers had a #32 at the presser but obviously went to #22. He was #14 at Auburn though. #85 and #84 for Thomas and Kelly makes sense since they were #5 and #4 in college and those numbers are open. I missed the Davis at the presser, did they have him with #86? That looked like the only other #80's number currently left on the roster (outside of the unofficially retired #81).

I know this doesn't matter, but it is kind of interesting. For the record, I'm not sure Davis could wear #48. Does anyone know if all the 80's numbers have to be taken for a TE to wear 40-49?

Thomas was 85 at the presser Kelly was 84 and Davis was 86 at the presser

I don't think Brooks's KAC will be 85 because most of the reports that I've read about him have said that while he has a really strong leg he punts the ball into the endzone far too often.
