Jerry Jones Calling Out Marion Barber on toughness...ha
 

I think its funny Jerry Jones is attacking his own RB, especially Barber. Saying hes not tough...he needs to play thru injuries...haha...i really think Clinton Portis set a standard with RB toughness on the year playing thru all his injuries and it being in the spotlight. Jones probally glanced at our situation and thought a little lower of Marion.

Has Jerry Jones ever actually watched Barber run the football? The guy is an animal and LOVES contact. Some analysts say he actually runs too hard. I'm sure if Barber could have played he would have. He had a dislocated toe and sprained ankle on the same leg.

Yeah I've been a fan since 91' bro. I love football period and just because i respect other peoples talent thats not on my team doesn't make me any less of a fan. Like these guys wouldn't take any of those three if we could have them. They need to stop having blind admiration.

Jerry Jones is Danny Boy with a face-lift and a greater penchant for talking directly to the press. Underneath it all, they are the same person.


Jerry Jones is either a moron or one of the very shrewdest amateur psychologists on the planet with regard to this move. Maybe he thinks that he can piss off Barber and get Barber's teammates to "have Barber's back" so they all play harder/tougher for the next two weeks. [The Cowboys will need that!] If that works, Jones is a genius; otherwise, he's an ass.

BTW, there may or may not be a coaching saga in January 2009 in Washington; the jury is out on that one. But unless the Cowboys make it to the Super Bowl, you can be sure there will be a coaching saga in Dallas in January 2009.

Yeah, I am not so sure Jason Garrett is assured that job anymore. Just goes to show, in the NFL it's usually best to take head coaching jobs when they pop up. Garrett could be tutoring a great young QB and coaching a fierce defense in Baltimore. Instead he's mired in a soap opera, albeit a well paid one.

Yeah. With Portis poppin' off and talk of the FO maybe replacing Zorn, I'm finding it hard to even find joy in the Cowgirl Follies anymore.
