I'm moving to the District in January!
 

I'm going to GWU for grad school. Most likely I'll be going to the Arlington Graduate Center. I love DC and it's time I get out of The Burgh.

So. Looking for advise on the move from you local yokels :)

Anything will help...especially housing.
