"I'll say it's about 90%," he told the paper. "I won't say 100% because I don't know what kind of endurance I have in it, but as far as how it feels, it's doing good and I'll say 90%." |
Re: LaRon Landry recovering from wrist surgery
Endurance in your wrist? Hhhmmmmmm.......:laughing- (Bad Skinsguy, bad!)
Glad he's recovering nicely! Hope he continues to build upon this past year's performance before he had gotten hurt. |
Re: LaRon Landry recovering from wrist surgery
As for endurance, Landry is speaking of his achilles..
I gotta love Landry for this:
"I haven't started running, but I'm back to doing everything with my legs; squats and everything like that. I'm working out just like I used to other than my left side. I obviously can't grab a dumbbell with that side, but I'm doing single-arm bench presses."
NFL.com news: 'Skins S Landry undergoes wrist surgery, says Achilles healing |
Re: LaRon Landry recovering from wrist surgery
Single armed bench presses? Love his dedication to his physical fitness. The dude has impressive arms!

Re: LaRon Landry recovering from wrist surgery
Wow. I wouldn't even attempt that with an empty bar...just the balancing part of the exercise would be tough.
What's wrong with dumbbell presses if you can only use one arm? Seems like the safer, obvious way. Oh well, he's a monster. Glad he's in B&G. |
Re: LaRon Landry recovering from wrist surgery
My left wrist's endurance is great. He could probably use some non-traditional therapy to build it up.

Then it would be dumbbell presses and not bench presses. |
Re: LaRon Landry recovering from wrist surgery
Bench can be dumbbell or barbell
