It's not that - his humor is just.... bad. I mean, he wins in a head to head competition with my statistics teacher who cracks himself up then realizes no one else is laughing. However, compared to top tier comedians of today, and even 2nd/3rd tier I don't understand the appeal.

larry the cable guy is funny because he's some southern redneck, who does his stand up with a drawl, and has trailer park stories, and continuously talks about Victoria's Secret and edible britches. he's one of those guys who you don't have to think about what he says, he's just telling you his "life".

ron white is funny as hell. he comes off brash and cocky...

i bought blue collar comedy tour rides again...and it was interesting to see how Jeff Foxworthy was nowhere near as funny as the other 3. he's riding their coattails now because he's the one who had the failed sitcom, and is only a comedian now because he came up with quarky oneliners that make fun of his people...

Ron White is really funny, just the name of the show 'they call me tater salad' cracks me the hell up
