Interesting article. Gives a new spin to the athlete beyond his playing days that is now struggling. Although his werent financial, I could see a player not getting help and that type of depression leading to losing everything.

Its also interesting to see that James Thrash works for the NFL.

Giants are close to sucking as bad as Dallas.
Not quite Eagle suck, but getting there.

I don't see the giants sucking again this yr, I think the east will be a 3 team race. Philadelphia sucks but the other 3 are neck and neck.

Thank you for that. We fans tend to forget about players after retirement so we don't get many glimpses into retired life.

Thanks for sharing. I must say though, if they thing it's hard, imagine being somebody who has worked their entire life at retirement. I imagine it's hard for people to all of a sudden change their life drastically. I do feel for these guys though, it has to be rough facing 1) your career is over 2) you are getting old at the same time.
