The NFL got it right here. Vikings should cut him right away. Nothing worse than abusing a 4 year old. AP is a bad dude.

I can think of a few worse things, and they didn't get it right, if they were to suspend him why not do it eariler, this seems like a complete cover your ass move. You were basically paying him to sit out, but now that the trial is over and he copped a plea, let's suspend him for the rest of the season without pay. FOH Goddell. |

After the beat down the league took with the Rice issue, this was Goodell only move. But I completely agree with you, he messed this up from the start. |
Re: Around the League...Week 12 style
What was the point of the domestic abuse policy?
Goodell is just trying to save the nfl's image at this point. Making up rules as he goes along. |
Re: Around the League...Week 12 style
I stand corrected. He was suspended 6 games like he should have been.

Would you root for a guy who beat his kid to the point of injury? Beat him on his genitals? Stuffed leaves in his mouth? He should never be allowed back in the league. AP is a major major POS. |

My dad did all that to me and then some. If that is the case we need to get rid of all the players in the league who have had issues with law enforcement. |

And force Indy to be sold since the owner wasnt far from killing a few people in a vehicle with illegal drugs in his possession. |

I agree that the NFL has not been consistent, but I am ok with allowing the law decide he was guilty before they do. |

I would be fine with that, if he was playing then copped a plea, then got suspended, or was suspended from the jump |

This comes back to the Ray Rice thing. Do we want to the NFL to be the moral compass? Because what the courts decided wasn't exactly on par with child abuse punishment. |

The NFL in no way, shape, or form made the decision based on a moral compass. They dont think they got the Ray Rice thing wrong based on a moral compass. They just know that it can affect their wallets and made the decision with future income in mind. If it was about a moral compass, they would have never given Rice 2 games in the first place. Having said that, I will go back to what I said when the Ray Rice thing first broke. If the NFL is the moral compass of this country we are screwed. It has to be up to the courts to make the right calls. It should have never came down to the NFL having to be the punishing body for Ray Rice, because he should have been in jail from the get go. |

Yup dude is a strait up loser and I agree. He should actually be put in jail or an institution. Even though he had no idea it was wrong?!?!? Lmao. How do you not know its wrong? I have a huuuge problem with someone who gets caught smoking weed and goes to jail when some fuckhead with deep rooted anger issues beats on his four year olds nutsack and shoves foliage in his mouth doesnt. |
