How are we tweaking our personel?

Because I run so much out of the Singleback formations, I wanted to get a 2nd tight end that can really block. I traded an extra 3rd round pick for Anthony Becht out of TB and he is clearing out linebackers.

For running formations with an extra TE I'll usually put in a reserve offensive lineman in there.
