I'm buying a house!!
 

I thought I would cramp on Mattys style and buy a house this week as well. I even got the guy to throw a 21 foot boat into the deal.

The boat is red and white, and will eventually have some gold on there with a skins helmet.

And the room that will be my office has shelves built into the wall that are yellow so the walls are going to be painted red.

Hopefully Ill have a Skins room done before the season is over, and of course Ill be sure to put pics up!

lol, yea I jokingly asked if I could have his boat if I bought the house. One thing lead to another, and now I have a house and a boat.

I just refinanced mine last night.

ok I so broke off the deal on that house. The house was a POS, and the boat wasnt much better. I did find a much nicer house...only cost another 75k...pennies...

but now no boat...I like the idea though so mabye ill get one in the spring.
