Something is wrong, because I just tried to signup for it, put all my info in it, and it said I was 'not eligible' to receive it at this time.

Anybody have any clue why?

Well, there you go! It's obviously a conspiracy by Snyder to shut out the Washington Post.

Seriously, it's a bug in their validation. Enter your birth year as "0080" instead of "1980" and it will work.

Alternatively, it works fine in IE (you are using Firefox or Netscape, right?). If you're interested, here's the bug:

Did that work for you? I assume it's the same issue, but I didn't see any mention of how Safari handles javascript.
