He had his run a a QB. He should not be faulted for playing his position when a team gives him a chance. Now that his demand as a QB is gone, it's NOW time to switch if he wants to stay in the league, but I don't blame him for being the Broncos' QB while he had the chance.

I guess the question is about his position. IMO his NFL position is H-back, not QB. If he had started his NFL career as an H-back, he would already have an established career.
Instead he wanted to be a QB, Denver was foolish enough to give him a shot at QB, and now he has little to show for his career so far and likely has to reinvent himself. In the meantime the clock is ticking on his career, which in the NFL is always relatively short.
