My selections:

1) Edward Bennett Williams who had the money and foresight to give

2) Geroge Allen an unlimited budget which he immediately exceeded but won.

3) Joe Gibbs, "the Coach", who brought the winning attitude back, and

4) Sonny Jurgensen who watched it all.
