I have him going to the practice squad. I think he'll be impressive in preseason, but ultimately make the practice squad. As soon as Henderson doesn't show up or one of the back up WRs gets hurt, I see Dawson being activated later in the season. I'm basing this off of Dawson's reviews he's been getting from the columnists (John Keim, Mike Jones, etc.) saying that he's been showing off his blazing speed and making great moves on punt returns.
I also remember his name being mentioned a lot when I would watch the occasional TCU game (Baylor, Boise St., Wisconsin to name a few).
