And your claim is patently false. Presidents offer "opinions," even "untruths," all the time. And non-Presidents offer "facts" all the time.

When you take a quote from someone from over 200 years ago and try to make it serve your purpose no matter how different the circumstance is , yes it's opinion not fact.
