Thanks for the links NC that summed it up very nicely with the timeline.

There is circumstantial evidence, and I am sure the defense attorney's will argue as much. BUT that is well put together and leaves little doubt that he had significant involvement in this murder. Also I believe that at the very least consprired to murder this man.
