Winning Super Bowls is based more on depth than anything else in my opinion. Stars might win you games, but teams win championships. If you have an elite quarterback, which I believe the Redskins will have possibly as soon as next year, you will be in contention for every Super Bowl. All the other positions just always seem to play well enough once you have that Quarterback. You look at the Giants, the Packers, and even the Ravens when they won the Super Bowl, they had injuries at a lot of key positions, but they had a quarterback playing at an elite level which was the main reason they won their Super Bowls. So while the Redskins may not have "superstars", or that one elite player outside RG3, if RG3 can stay healthy... history has shown there will be no limit for this team.
