Yeah I dont consider the Smith deal to be a fail, its a small, typical slotted contract. But Cruz got shorted by 10 million, which I think is great if Cruz wants to be in NYC and took the short to stay BUT because Cruz complained a week after he signed the deal makes me think he wasnt happy with it.
