First two games of the season and divisional opponents. I wouldn't be too concerned if I was a Patriots fan. Remember last year they started 1-2. A lot of things tend to change within 17 weeks. Last year Denver started 2-3 as well and got dominated by Atlanta/Houston, they ended 13-3.
I honestly get more concerned for teams that start out hot because they tend to sizzle out at the worst times of the years, (Philly, Houston, Arizona, and Chicago).
