This speaks for itself.

Nothing you can do about it Trent? You can ****ing start playing with a purpose and like you guys are being paid to do.
This is the attitude under Norv, where Redskins Park was likened to Club Med. It is time to get rid of the outrageous salaries. You have to give these lazy, overpaid ****s some real incentive to play. Have everyone play at the current minimum salary and everything else is added up per game. You know how college players get stickers on their helmets for good plays, pay the bastard for yardage gained, scores, tackles, INTs, fumbles forced, recovered fumbles, etc almost like fantasy, but with $$$$$$$$$ not points. Seriously now, Trent will be a rich man whether or not he ever plays in another playoff game in his career, so where is his real incentive to win? Work ethic? Personal honor, etc? These concepts are long gone in terms of street mentality. Why do you think Gen X is holding down the greatest number of jobs in America with the smallest unemployment rate? We are the last generation that has any style of old American work ethic and the culture we grew up in was under Reagan, where you worked to get ahead. The street punks that are drafted in the last 10 years just see a big payday and just show up for the paycheck. Only a handful of the younger players really want to win, or really care about a legacy as a player. This is what the NFL gets by trying to promote Hip hop culture.
