I hate that we could end up with one or the other, Mike or Kyle. Mike hasn't put a whole team together in nearly 14 years, Kyle never has and really hasn't shown the leadership to warrant giving him the chance.
I was feeling optimistic until this stuff came up, sounds like we're just facing more of the same for however long...who knows?

Well look this happens throughout the league, even with winning teams. The solutions vary. One person just cedes his position. The two sides agree to a compromise. One guy simply gets fired. Among others.
My personal opinion, and of course you won't agree, is that Kyle has the smarts and reputation to venture out on his own by now and he should. And again, I mean after this season.
