Are we going under the assumption of water as a molecule or water as the liquid form of the molecule? In molecular form I would say gallons of water. There is a rock known as serpentine and water is part of it's structure (unfortunately (or fortunately?) we don't have the ability to isolate it), but apparently there is enough rocks like serpentine, that there are three pacific oceans of water locked into their structure.
