Del Rio had great success as a DC with Baltimore and Carolina. He coached in the atrocious sports city of Jacksonville for a long time, and I would say made the absolute most of a horrible situation. Look at how much worse they are now? Not sure why everyone laughs at the man as a HC?
Edit: he isnt my first choice as our next guy, but it is far from laughable.
