I think people find it offensive (which is totally stupid because the bottom line is that it's just a picture of a guy) so if the name changes I'm sure the logo would also have to change.
People who suggest changing the name but not the logo or any association with Native Americans, like the Redhawks set above, are fooling themselves. The people who oppose the name want any and all connections to Native Americans to go. I guess we're stuck with animals, colors, or generic nouns.
