That's why I feel our run game is so important on those early downs. If we mow through 5-6 yards and face a 3rd and 5... that's territory that Griffin can scramble a bit and hop out of bounds. When it's 3rd and 12...that's where you'll start to see him have to cut up and increase the risk of re injury.

Sure, and lets hope he can learn to slide. Don't get me wrong, i don't think he needs to be prototype qb to be successful, and we would be foolish not to take advantage of his talent running the ball. I just hope there is a long term plan.
