I read that only Jax and Gemma have seen her. I hope Sutter fleshes that out more.
And as for Jax just letting Tara and the kids go... I dunno. I'd think it would have to take something huge for him to do that... Like the IRA snatching up the kids and Tara.
Really, I could see Jax pulling his plea to the DA and just letting Tara go to jail.
