Agreed. Its just a numbers game, and that goes both ways. There are hundreds of coaches/ coordinators. There are 32 head coaches in the nfl. I think there are some very promising coaches in the nfl, problem is why would say, one of the Harbaugh brothers, leave to come here? They wouldnt. Coaches in the nfl bounce around usually because they get fired. Its a jump to come to the nfl from college.
Edit: i think the other "promising" HC prospects are some of the OC's and DC's already in the NFL.
