I don't spend as much time at Redskins Park as I once did, but I do drop in from time to time. There are some football related disagreements but most everyone will tell you the culture in the locker room and across the organization is quite strong, not Joe Gibbs strong, but strong nonetheless...which is what makes this all so puzzling

If that's the case and i believe it, then its just plain ol piss poor x's and o's /coaching personnel and game mamagment.
