Well, lets say MShanahan and Company get canned after this season. D.Snyder picks another HC or lets the new GM pick the next HC.... I'd like to know that our new HC has the authority and availability to pick whichever QB fits best into his system. If it's RG3 then awesome, if it's Cousins then awesome. But I'd hate to see the new HC being forced to play RG3 just because he's RG3 or because we paid so much to get him and the team either benches the better player for the system or trades him away. < That would be disastrous.
