On the last point specifically, while Griffins locker room standing with vets can be called into question, the vast majority of his teammates won't be in the NFL within three years. Because of that, it isn't particularly important to avoid a situation where the locker room perceives RG3 as a coaches pet. If Briles comes here, it's to build around him and RG3, not to try to fit the current talent to his philosophy.
