I voted Sumlin. I think RG3 and Sumlin would have a good working relationship since it appears thats gonna make a difference in the organization and has to be taken into consideration now. Sumlin to me would benifit from a weak division we are in. Eagles and Cowboys are pretenders.

David Shaw, Bevell would be my preference over Sumlin.

Im impartial to Jay Gruden, but you have to be impressed with how that Cincy offense has developed, especially with Dalton who was a bit of a project. So that does give me hope if he is the choice.

No way in hell I want Briles, Jon Gruden, or R Morris. f8ck that noise
