Definitely not to prison as he's got no reason to go now. I could see him somehow thinking of a plan to shift blame of the K9 from himself to Nero or the Byz Lats since he kinda screwed up the business plan with Marks, the IRA and the Chinese by getting the Mayans involved.
No matter what happens though there's gonna be maximum carnage come next season. Half of Jax's will to survive was Tara, now all he's got left is his sons. Can't help but wonder if they're going to die next season as well. Seeing as there's gonna be no happy ending to this story.
