Not to mention the coaching staff at Washington had proven to be one of the worst coaching staffs in the NFL, if not the worst staff... Im failing to see how getting another coaching staff will be anything but an upgrade.

As I just said I wouldn't trade RG3 nor Cousins just yet, but throwing around the two words Potential and Franchise has me chuckling. Maybe Cousins is a Potential Franchise QB? Maybe RG3 never reaches his Potential everyone is talking about? Just look at J.Campbell for that reasoning.
