Regarding Jay Gruden as a possible candidate -> he's free now that Cincinnati lost. Admittedly I don't know much about him, except Jon's made his last name a well known commidity. During his years as assistant coach in Tampa, he was
arrested for drunk driving in Florida... Seems like much of his experience has been in Arena Football, except the past few years in Cincinnati, and a few years as asst coach w his brother. Is he qualified enough & do we want any more of a media circus with him?
