Then aimed and fired two shots at the old man who is at this point cowering away from the cop. Thank god no one died. tragic but I don't see this as the definition of a trigger happy cop. You step out of the car, AND pull something from an obscured view after a cop pulls you over. Simply not smart.

I also question your statement about the shots being fired without aiming. Not sure how you can possibly know that, and it would shock me if he didn't. No point in firing a gun, unless you know what you plan to hit.
