That one, explain GIVING. If you are talking about tax rates (I am guessing) how about using "taking less." While I will never be rich and only made enough to start losing deductions once, I do not think it is fair to tax the crap out of rich people. They get no more out of the government and probably less than a poor person who pays no taxes. As for creating jobs I have known quite a few people who will refuse to earn past a certain amount
a year due to getting into higher tax brackets. I could imagine business owners in California not expanding if they were making close to a $1 million a year if they were opposed to paying the millionaire medical tax.
