If you're saying by year 6 don't blame the President for everything, does that mean the latest recession wasn't GW's fault? That all Presidents get a pass their last two years of their second term? Aren't they
more responsible for their polices and the results, the longer they are in power?
I could see blaming current affairs on the guy serving as President 4 years ago, but that would be... you know.
