This is one reason why I have beaten the drum against DJax. Philly wanted him gone so bad, they were willing to absorb immediately a dead cap hit of $6 mil.
Besides, in two years a DJax deadcap hit of $6 mil. could be ours, too, if we sign him. |
Well $6 mil was cheaper for Philly than getting rid of him in the future when the cap hit was going to be even more.
