9. Cliff Russell, Utah, 5-11 3/8, 185, 2: Has big-time speed (under 4.3 in the 40). Some teams think the rest of his skills are pedestrian. Will be picked on potential but could develop into a team’s No. 1. “He has good ball skills and he makes the great catch,” said a receivers coach for an NFC team. “He’s just a little lean. I don’t know what people would be worried about with him.”
