Set up gotomypc, for 2 quickbook computers that our remote people use (remote people = owner, owner's wife, owners daughter in 3 different states LOL). In order to have any type of effective account management and access control you have to get a corporate account, not the "pro" account that lets you have 2 computers with unlimited users all using one account login.
