Ironically though part of the reason I love Jon Gruden, at least as a coach was in behind the scenes footage he would rarely hesitate to get onto his guys but he always seemed to make sure they knew that he believed in them. Announcer wise he really is top notched. For me when he's breaking down actual football plays and concepts he brings everything you get with someone like Jaworski but with a lot more enthusiasm.

And to be fair he's nowhere near as 'kind' as he was when he first got in the booth. Heck just as recently as the draft he seemed more then willing to strongly disagree with picks. Ray Lewis on the other hand....lol.....very good football breakdowns, way to many good things to say about everyone.
