ps - i just dont give a sh%t about this issue anymore. if it changes - fine. if it doesnt - even better. i do find myself annoyed at anyone beating the war drum at either end of the spectrum. just an exercise in futility.

Ok, a bunch of Senators (maybe 40-45?) who honestly should have nothing to do with this issue, a Federal court cancels the trademark after never receiving one complaint to their office (as per a recent Washington Times article), a TV ad, and a hundred maybe a few thousand media types, VERSES the hundreds of thousands of people that say don't change the name. I don't really find that unprecedented. I find it just amazing how such a small minority of people can continue to make this news worthy.
