Absolutely. When I talk to my friends around the country the Skins are lumped in with Clev, Jax, & Oak as a dysfunctional, loser organization. The Skins are never discussed with the likes of NE, Balt, Pgh, etc. Hopefully RG3 and the new coaches can change that reality.
