An empty stadium is worth nothing. There is no other sports team locally that would use it (unless a deal could be worked with UofMd which I doubt) so they would gut a lot of FedEx and certainly reuse or make memorabilia out of whatever is possible. Then re-purpose the land. There is no way that Dan Snyder would keep paying upkeep on FedEx and just have it sit there empty. Makes zero sense.
