I would believe the Ravens if they hadn't done all these PR moves to make Ray look like a nice guy (Janay's apology tweeted by the Ravens, Rice's wedding featured in the Ravens website, etc., etc.). Hard to believe them after doing all of this.

No idea who they talked to, but pretty apparent Bisciotti is just trying to CYA
