It's the defense, the offense, Special Teams, poor players, poor play calling, lack of turnovers, a weak offensive line, poor QB play, lack of adjustments, failure to convert third downs, a rookie HC, weak coordinators, poor drafting, plain old choking, lack of vitamin D, and lastly injuries. The truth is we suck at just about everything!

There are no micro solutions to each of these problems that will add up to fixing the whole organization. Fixing an entire organization requires strong leadership. Do we have the right leaders in place, or not? That is the overriding question. We'll find out soon enough.
