Hmmm. In
this breakdown of that play(scroll to the bottom), Mark Bullock says Cousins hesitated just a bit when he was supposed to throw, leading Jackson to hesitate instead of running full speed to where the ball was thrown. Cooley makes it sound like that play was totally on Jackson.
