Andre Johnson and Jabar Gaffney have yet to make any kind of noise as the wideouts, and the offensive line has not come together, if there's even a cohesive unit in the making capable of coming together. Casserly has definitely had his chances to build up the Texans, and each year everyone expects them to take the next step, they end up disappointing.

So, knowing this, I guess the question should be, do we want Charlie Casserly?

the difference is this. carr was the first player ever on the texans, who have built a team from scratch only four years ago. he also had a good year last year, whereas harrington did not and was on a team that has been around for ages. andre johnson hasnt made any noise? he had a great year last year
