I think if we had a stud OL that could protect our QB maybe Gruden would be a little more willing to get him into the fire. As it stands now protection is limited and our QBs are forced to protect themselves...mostly with their ability to make good quick decisions on where to go with the ball.

I am honestly greatly concerned that at this point Griffin isn't mentally prepared to run a pro offense. I know he's been hurt and the turmoil has been real around him but when we give up what we gave up for him I think we're expecting someone who has the innate abilities to learn and grow quickly. I am also concerned that our coaching staff is focused on fitting a guy in rather than fitting a system to a team's players.
